Cleaning activities and preparation of tray components Ø Assemble, distribute, and collect trays for various services. Ø Perform cleaning tasks in the area. Ø Carry out preparatory tasks using tray components (dishes, trays, bases, cutlery, and dome covers). Ø Prepare liquid foods for incorporation into trays. Ø Distribute courtesy items and snacks. Ø Assist with special events.
