Preparation of various bakery products 2. Proficiency in NOM 251 (hygienic food handling) 3. Production and supervision of dough preparation, baking, and decorating Job Location: PLAZA UNISUR, OTAY UNIVERSIDAD Work Days: Monday to Friday, rotating weekends. Schedule: MORNING SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: \- Bakery experience (minimum 1 year) \- Proficiency in NOM 251 (hygienic food handling) \- Minimum education: completed or ongoing gastronomy degree / gastronomy technician diploma \- Knowledge of sourdough starter (desirable) Responsibilities: \- Preparation of various bakery products \- Preparation of sourdough bread \- Basic mathematics or use of the rule of three \- Production and supervision of dough \- Dough fermentation \- Operation of convection and deck ovens \- Baking and decorating of final products \- Control of baking temperatures and times \- Product shaping \- Inventory management of assigned area \- Cleaning of work area, machinery, and utensils \- Service delivery while maintaining product quality and food safety standards Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,755\.00 \- $3,700\.00 per week Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Employee discount * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
