Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Architect to manage personnel, coordinate contractors, and supervise construction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel management 2. Construction supervision 3. Contractor coordination We require a RESIDENT ARCHITECT (architect or engineer). Minimum 2 years of on-site experience. Letter of recommendation required. Duties: Personnel management, procurement of materials, construction supervision, contractor coordination, etc. Must reside in Tijuana city; valid driver's license required. Flexible working hours available. Statutory benefits and competitive salary. Must be able to drive a pickup truck; Class C driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
