Job Summary: We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to define, optimize, and administer ERP systems, implementing continuous improvements and training staff. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in configuration and administration of planning systems Description and details of responsibilities * Define and optimize Bills of Materials (BOM), routings, and work centers in the ERP, as well as manage engineering changes (ECR/ECN). * Administer the Work Order flow, transfer orders, and rework processes in Syteline. * Configure the planning module (min/max levels, consumables) and structure system locations (Kiteo, *Backflush*, and Work Centers). * Parameterize ERP return flows (RMA), non-conforming material (MRB), material substitution (MSR), and maintenance inventory (MRO). * Update the Annex 24 system (SEER Tráfico) with Syteline data and execute continuous ERP improvements aligned with manufacturing. * Train staff on interpreting designs and system visual aids. Experience and Requirements **Education and Training:** * Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of manufacturing, electricity, electronics, and mechanics. **Experience:** * Over 3 years in manufacturing processes. * Experience in High-Volume / Low-Mix environments. * Solid experience using and configuring ERP systems (preferably **INFOR Syteline**, or similar such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). * Experience administering ERP modules for manufacturing, inventory, planning (MRP), and engineering control. **Skills:** * Advanced English. * Attention to detail. * Analytical thinking. * Problem-solving. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Self-directed \*\*\*Submit CV in English.
