Experience and Requirements ✅ Bachelor's degree in Architecture (graduated and/or intern). ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in residential projects. ✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. ✅ Knowledge of local regulations in Tijuana / Baja California. ✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ✅ Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. ✅ Experience in construction supervision, budget management, and control.
