Job Summary: Research, innovate, develop, and design pharmaceutical formulations to ensure the successful launch of new drugs and improvement of existing ones. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and design of innovative pharmaceutical formulations. 2. Collaboration in evaluating the technical feasibility of development. 3. Conducting formulation trials and monitoring analytical results. Description and details of responsibilities * Research, innovate, develop, and design formulations for pharmaceutical dosage forms to ensure successful execution of new drug projects and/or improvement of existing drugs. * Collaborate with the department head to evaluate the technical feasibility of pharmaceutical development. * Perform the proposed formulation trials during development. * Request and monitor analyses and results of formulation trials. * Issue manufacturing orders and procedures for batches intended for regulatory registration. Experience and Requirements * Degree in Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences and Health, Physical-Mathematical Sciences, Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an equivalent or higher position within the pharmaceutical industry. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge in: * Formulation and reformulation of solid dosage forms. * Experimental design, stability testing, pre-formulation, and excipient compatibility. * Technology transfer. * Regulatory affairs. * Project development. * Analytical chemistry. * Instrumental chemistry. * Basic statistics. * Pharmacopoeias (FEUM, USP, etc.). * Specialized literature (Handbook, The Merck Index, etc.). * Position located in Tecate city.
