Job Description and Activity Details
Records, identifies, and collects samples
of raw materials, concentrated dialysate, water (various grades), and any other required sampling.
Records and/or verifies temperatures, differential pressures,
and monitors charts in laboratory and/or production areas.
Performs and reports physicochemical and
microbiological tests on raw materials, concentrated dialysate, water, SAKs,
medical devices, and other items as required by current methodologies in the
laboratory:
Applicable.
Prepares and controls solutions and culture media
used in the laboratory.
Conducts environmental microbiological monitoring,
including surfaces and compressed air, in laboratory and production areas.
Prepares Biological Indicator (BI) loads for
sterilization processes of finished products.
Provides support in executing method and/or equipment
validations.
Supports tracking of calibration programs
for laboratory equipment and instruments.
Transports chemical and biological waste from the
laboratory to the plant’s waste storage area.
Complies with laboratory and/or plant safety and hygiene measures (e.g., 6S).
Cleans laboratory areas, equipment, and materials.
Sterilizes and/or depyrogenizes laboratory materials.
Supports quality-related activities to ensure the Quality System remains active and up-to-date.
Experience and Requirements
Level B: 3 months in a chemical and/or microbiological laboratory environment or similar position.

Physicochemical or Microbiological Testing:
High complexity \- Example: ion analysis,
endotoxins, etc.)
Medium complexity \- Example: Volumetry (automatic titration).
