Supervise the execution of assigned tasks by your staff through weekly review meetings to ensure that departmental objectives are met. 2\. Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines. 3\. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of your job. 4\. Oversee the receipt of raw materials by reviewing purchasing metrics to ensure the execution of the Production Plan. 5\. Evaluate and improve the performance of your staff by promoting training and development to raise the overall level of the team **Job Requirements** -------------------- EDUCATION * University degree in International Trade, International Business or Business Administration. ENGLISH LEVEL * Advanced English. EXPERIENCE * Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position. COMPUTER SKILLS * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). * Advanced knowledge of ERP systems. OTHER SKILLS * CPIM Certification in APICS (Desired). **But what else?
