Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective supply of materials, supplies, tools, and services required for operations, guaranteeing quality and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the entire procurement process and negotiations with suppliers. 2. Coordinates material availability and optimizes procurement costs. 3. Focuses on ensuring compliance and pursuing continuous improvement. Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective supply of materials, supplies, tools, and services necessary for company operations, guaranteeing quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery for machining, laser cutting, CNC, and civil construction projects. Responsibilities: * Manage the complete procurement process (requisition, quotation, analysis, negotiation, and acquisition). * Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers. * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms. * Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and compliance. * Track purchase orders until final delivery. * Coordinate with warehouse, production, and construction teams to ensure material availability. * Control and optimize procurement costs. * Prepare procurement reports, comparative analyses, and market analysis. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Identify alternative suppliers to improve commercial conditions. * Manage urgent procurements for critical projects. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2–5 years in procurement. * Experience in metal-mechanical, manufacturing, CNC, laser cutting, or construction companies (highly desirable). * Experience managing industrial suppliers. **Languages:** * Intermediate/advanced English (capable of negotiating and communicating with international suppliers). **Technical Knowledge:** * Metallic materials (steel, aluminum, etc.). * CNC and laser cutting tools and consumables. * Construction and civil works supplies. * Manufacturing and production processes. * ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or other administrative systems). * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * Cost and budget analysis. **Skills:** * Effective negotiation * Analysis and decision-making * Organization and planning * Working under pressure * Effective communication * Proactivity * Results-oriented Salary: $14,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
