Job Summary: This position seeks a professional to ensure the timely, efficient, and cost-effective supply of materials, equipment, and tools for MEP installations and construction. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for managing and optimizing the MEP materials procurement process. 2. Negotiating with suppliers and controlling acquisition budgets. 3. Strategic coordination to ensure compliance with technical specifications. **Job Objective** Ensure the timely, efficient, and cost-effective supply of materials, equipment, and tools for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing/Sanitary, and specialty) installations, and construction materials—guaranteeing quality, compliance with technical specifications, delivery timelines, and budgetary control. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations. 2\. Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, commercial terms, and credit conditions. 3\. Manage purchase orders and track them through final delivery. 4\. Coordinate material requirements with site supervisors, designers, and inspectors. 5\. Validate technical specifications for electrical, plumbing/sanitary, HVAC, and specialty materials. 6\. Identify and develop new strategic suppliers. 7\. Monitor budgets and optimize costs. 8\. Review contracts, warranties, and supplier performance. 9\. Track incidents, returns, or non-conforming materials. 10\. Prepare procurement, savings, and supply performance reports. 11\.
