Responsible for transforming daily operations into measurable, orderly, and sustainable results. Main Responsibilities 1\. Financial Administration * Supervise revenues, expenses, and cash flow. * Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual budgets. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Review cash reconciliations, deposits, and bank transactions. * Coordinate bank reconciliations. * Forecast liquidity requirements. 2\. Profitability Control * Analyze operational costs. * Evaluate profitability by department, product, or promotion. * Identify financial leaks and areas for improvement. * Propose strategies to increase profit margins. 3\. Administrative Supervision * Direct administrative staff, cashiers, and support departments. * Establish internal controls and protocols. * Verify adherence to internal processes. * Maintain organized physical and digital records. 4\.
