




Position Summary: A professional responsible for managing enrollment and graduation procedures, document handling, and timely follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and decision-making **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Plan, organize, and carry out job-related activities; flexible working hours. **GENERAL FUNCTION:** Ensure effective control over enrollment and graduation procedures, document and file management, as well as provide support in tracking these procedures. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Collect, verify, and classify information received from students’ area. * Register and maintain appropriate records for received documents and files. * Digitize documents in students’ files. * Register and process students’ changes in shift, group, or program of study. * Schedule graduation appointments for graduating students. * Carry out the graduation process, beginning with receipt of corresponding documentation for the procedure and ending with issuance of the degree certificate. * Design and implement an appropriate filing system for student records. * Conduct timely follow-up on each procedure submitted to the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP). **KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES:** Computer proficiency (spreadsheets), Word Basic statistics and interpersonal skills Teamwork Decision-making ability Analytical and interpretive skills Experience in Academic Records Management Availability to work on weekends Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $14,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
