Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll calculation, electronic payroll stamping (timbrado), and administration, as well as incident tracking and reporting. Analytical thinking and attention to detail At **CosmopolitanGroup**, we are looking for our next talent to join us as a "Payroll Analyst": **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and electronic stamping (timbrado) of weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS/IDSE. * Tracking and management of payroll incidents, employment contracts, severance agreements (finiquitos), and payroll accruals. * Validation and submission of reports to Accounting and Human Capital departments. * Administration of benefits, payroll cards, loans, vacations, and vouchers. * Monitoring and analysis of payroll budgets per business unit. * Invoice entry into the EnKontrol system. * Ensuring compliance with current labor reforms. * Addressing and clarifying payroll-related incidents raised by employees. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll calculation and administration (across multiple legal entities). * **Software:** Intermediate/advanced Excel, SUA, IDSE, SAT. **Key Skills:** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail * Teamwork * Organization and results orientation * Excellent communication * High sense of responsibility and confidentiality * Service-oriented attitude **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Internal benefits * Continuous development Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through this channel — we look forward to welcoming you!
