MEP INSTALLATIONS DRAFTER / DESIGNER Real Estate Pulse, a leading company in the construction, real estate, and architecture sector in Mexico with over 20 years of experience in the market, stands out for its excellence in executing innovative and high-quality projects. Job Responsibilities: We are looking for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Installations Drafter / Designer with experience in developing executive and shop drawings in AutoCAD for building projects, preferably in the hospitality sector. Responsibilities: * Preparation of MEP drawings in AutoCAD (electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, HVAC, Special systems, etc.). * Development and updating of drawings according to instructions from design engineers and site coordinators. * Control and management of project drawings and documents. * Coordination of interferences between disciplines. * Review of vendor drawings and adaptation to project format. * Support in field surveys and generation of "as-built" drawings. Requirements: Technical degree in Drafting, Engineering, or Architecture. Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP installations drafting and design. Advanced proficiency in 2D AutoCAD (version 2018 or higher). Knowledge of applicable standards (NOM, NEC, NFPA, etc.). Excellent ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. Desirable experience in BIM projects or basic knowledge of Revit (not mandatory). Desirable strong Excel skills. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Good communication skills.
