Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced mold technician to set up, adjust, repair, and maintain reinforced seal molds and elastomer molds, collaborating on continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Setup and adjustment of reinforced seal molds 2. Interpretation of drawings and technical documentation for mold repair 3. Detection and resolution of technical issues in compression/transfer molds Description and Details of Duties * Set up and adjust reinforced seal molds according to product technical specifications. * Interpret drawings and technical documents to correctly repair elastomer compression/transfer molds. * Select appropriate tools and accessories for repairing elastomer compression/transfer molds. * Conduct functional tests and necessary adjustments on molds during the manufacturing process. * Collaborate with engineers and production departments in reinforced seal manufacturing processes to perform mold adjustments according to product requirements. * Maintain tool/mold records and possess inventory management knowledge. * Detect and resolve technical issues in elastomer compression/transfer molds. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during mold maintenance and repair. * Participate in continuous improvement of mold manufacturing processes. Experience and Requirements * Prior experience operating CNC machining centers / lathes and conventional milling machines — minimum 5 years of mandatory experience. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and technical documentation. * Ability to work with tolerances of ±.003. * Capacity to solve technical problems under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Knowledge of industrial safety standards. * Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
