We are known for being a stable, solid, and reputable organization, offering an excellent workplace **Join our team as Leader A at the Soler branch!** **Job Objective:** * Contribute to the management of human capital, financial resources, technological resources, supplies, materials, and products at the assigned branch, ensuring efficient operations to achieve company-set goals through quality service. **Responsibilities:** * Contribute to human capital management by overseeing vacancy coverage, selection and recruitment, hiring, training, and labor terms at the branch. * Supervise branch staff under your responsibility. * Contribute to the management of financial resources and revenue from product and service sales at the branch. * Monitor and track shrinkage at the branch. * Assist in conducting inventories. * Implement strategies to promote product and service sales, supporting goal achievement. * Open and close the branch. * Contribute to activity planning. * Monitor and supervise facilities, verifying cleanliness, order, and good condition. * Perform and supervise cash register openings, cash counts, cash closures, and closings, maintaining effective control in accordance with company procedures. * Execute actions to ensure compliance with company safety regulations at the branch. * Implement strategies to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment. * Support efficient and effective branch operations, assisting the manager and serving as the second-in-command. **If you reside in the Playas, Soler, or Downtown Tijuana areas and have experience managing teams, don’t miss this opportunity — we want you on our team!** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,100.00 - $15,200.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * How long does it take you to reach the branch? * What are your monthly expenses? * What is your salary expectation?
