




Job Summary: Responsible for planning and preparing bakery products, ensuring quality, area organization, inventory management, and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality and compliance with bread production standards. 2. Maintain order, cleanliness, and optimal maintenance of the work area. 3. Optimize raw material efficiency without affecting staff or customers. 1. Plan tasks and prepare all products in the assigned area to guarantee timely and proper quality. 2. Meet required bread production standards to ensure availability of all necessary products. 3. Verify order, cleanliness, and maintenance of the area to maintain optimal conditions for performing activities. 4. Timely request necessary raw materials from direct supervisor; organize and control area inventories to guarantee raw material quality and proper usage. 5. Utilize all raw materials or products to maximize efficiency without compromising staff or customer interests. 6. Unconditionally follow all instructions received from the direct supervisor to deliver service meeting the company’s quality standards.
