Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Branch Assistant Manager (sales performance metrics management, credit disbursement) Experience in the financial industry and credit disbursement Personal vehicle is mandatory Responsibilities: Supervision of credit disbursement. Management of sales points. Recruitment of team members (Promoters). Assignment of administrative and financial tasks, ensuring their proper execution. Hiring, training, guiding, and supervising staff to achieve regional objectives. Assignment and follow-up on the execution of administrative and financial tasks.
