





**POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Provides support to the shipping team leader in load preparation, finished product collection, as well as finished product inventory administration and cycle counts. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Safely and efficiently load and unload containers. * Generate a packing list for each shipment with 100% accuracy. * Perform finished product selection (Pick), prepare shipments (packaging process), conduct audits prior to loading, following the guidelines of each sales order requirements. * Execute transactions using a scanner: receipts, picks, bin-to-bin movements, order registration, and others. * Conduct daily inspection of equipment and/or tools to be used during the work shift (Checklist). * Perform periodic cycle counts and report discrepancies. * Collect finished products from production lines and raw materials from different areas. * Maintain an organized shipping area, proper handling and storage of finished products to prevent damage or loss. * Conduct the 8-point inspection before starting any load, following C-TPAT program guidelines. * May perform other duties assigned according to company needs. **EDUCATION** High School Diploma **EXPERIENCE** Minimum 1 year in shipping/warehouse, inventory control, knowledge of cycle counting, forklift operation and maneuvering in tight spaces, familiarity with C-TPAT. Operation of electric forklift, gas pallet jack, clamp, picker (desirable), push-pull (desirable). **KNOWLEDGE** Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, email, inventory systems, and scanner use for inventory control. Ability to solve basic mathematical equations. **CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES** Valid forklift operator license or certification, safety record with zero incidents. **WORK COMPETENCIES** Customer focus, excellent clear and effective communication, proactive, self-directed, teamwork, adaptability, problem analysis and resolution. **LANGUAGE SKILLS** Effective written and verbal communication, good reading and legible writing. Basic English (not essential). **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT** Manual strength to handle various parts using different levels of physical force and effort. Optimal vision required to select parts of various sizes; visual skills necessary to identify colors (depending on work area/activity) and properly focus on objects. Mobility to push, pull, squeeze, or twist objects. Occasionally exposed to fumes, vapors, gases, or airborne particles. Noise levels are moderate and within permissible limits.
