Focus on planning, control, and execution At DGO Studio, we are seeking a Project and Construction Coordinator with a focus on planning, control, and execution to help ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards across our projects. We are an architecture studio dedicated to creating purpose-driven projects, carefully attending to both process and outcome. We seek a committed, proactive, and discerning individual who enjoys teamwork and transforming projects from concept to reality. **Responsibilities:** * Planning and coordination of construction and executive projects * Monitoring of schedules, progress, and budget control * On-site execution supervision * Coordination with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and/or project coordination * Strong organizational, monitoring, and control capabilities * Ability to work toward objectives and meet deadlines * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite * Personal vehicle is desirable Salary: $18,000.00 \- $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Sick leave days * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
