Collaborative work and results-oriented approach At **Cosmopolitan Group**, we seek a professional capable of coordinating integration among model, engineering, and construction—ensuring information quality, project constructability, and proper integration of complex **MEP** systems. Requirements: * Immediate availability * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field * 4–6 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator (MEP) * Engineering modeling at LOD 100 to 400 as required * Interdisciplinary coordination and interference detection\-resolution (Clash detection) * Project-level documentation and detailing for construction documents * Cloud-based collaborative work * Use of CDE platforms for document control (Autodesk Construction Cloud) * Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD (Navisworks preferred) * Proven experience in vertical projects or high-complexity installation projects (residential, mixed-use, and preferably healthcare) Responsibilities: * Coordinate MEP systems under BIM methodology, ensuring their correct technical and spatial integration with architecture and structure * Develop and review MEP models aligned with project standards, requirements, and level of development (LOD) * Execute clash detection and 3D coordination processes * Generate quantity takeoff tables from the BIM model to supplement, validate, and catalog scope items * Ensure quality control of models and workflows * Manage BIM deliverables and ensure timely and compliant delivery (models, construction drawings, details, etc.) * Track RFIs, RFPs, or any additional information requests * Plan, assign, and supervise BIM Drafter MEP activities, ensuring quality and objective achievement * Report project progress and continuously coordinate with the Design Manager to guarantee technical alignment, timely decision-making, and project objective fulfillment Desired Competencies: * Analytical resolution of MEP technical conflicts * Effective communication with contractors and consultants * Results-oriented approach and schedule adherence * Proactivity, decision-making ability, and risk management * Versatility and openness to collaborative work Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $27,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
