This role requires a strong ability to communicate with the VP of Architecture (U.S.) and other departments to achieve seamless integration. **KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:** * **Leadership:** Proven ability to manage and motivate design teams. * **Technical Expertise:** Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools. * **Communication:** Clear coordination with U.S.\-based counterparts and internal departments. * **Problem\-Solving:** Ability to address design challenges and improve constructability. * **Attention to Detail:** Ensuring all designs meet compliance and client specifications. Experience and requirements * **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree i**n Architecture or a related field. * **7–10 years in architecture,** with 3–5 years in a leadership role. * **Deep knowledge** of modular construction, prefab design, or U.S. building codes (e.g., California Title 24\). * **Software:** Revit, AutoCAD, ACC, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office. * **Understanding** and knowledge of building codes, regulations, building construction, construction systems, and site requirements. * **English Spanish** communication capacity is critical (fluid conversations and clear written communication in both languages).
