Project Design Specialist

Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in architectural design, structural and MEP calculations, and CAD software proficiency for updating plant drawings and DTIs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and documentation of renderings. 2. Structural and MEP calculations. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD Full and Navisworks. Civil Engineer, Architect, or related field. Location: Heineken, Tecate, B.C.N. Required Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD Full, 2D and 3D formats, and Navisworks. Updating plant drawings and DTIs as provided, in accordance with current requisitions. On-site surveys and architectural drawing design. Design and documentation of renderings. Developing upgrade proposals compliant with client and governmental requirements. Structural and MEP calculations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Proyect English (preferred) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
