




Position Summary: Foreign Trade Coordinator with experience in import/export documentation and procedures, customs inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in a dynamic and analytical environment Description and details of responsibilities * Analyze efficient options for documenting and coordinating shipments. * Submit necessary information to process import and export procedures (generate invoices in the Annex 24 inventory control system, transmit permits, tariff classifications, etc.) * Maintain contact with transportation companies and customs agencies, scheduling and confirming shipments to ensure an efficient flow of goods. * Support all programs and initiatives related to international trade. * Collect documentation for physical filing of customs documents. * Maintain reporting on inventory entries at customs agents’ warehouses. * Generate Machinery and Equipment Review Orders. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations. * Update Annex 24 and data control records. * Maintain control of Rule 8va and certificates of origin. * Maintain control of Annex 31 inventories. * Perform tariff classifications for EVA and MEX. * Carry out procedures related to the department. * Register new suppliers. * Track billing approvals. * Submit SAT reports. * Verify correct application of USMCA in the A24 system. * Perform all duties or any other tasks arising from position operations or required by supervisor or management. Experience and Requirements * University degree in international trade, foreign trade, business, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in international trade. * Minimum 1 year handling import/export documentation and procedures. * Familiarity with systems such as Annex 24, Annex 31, databases, ERP. * Knowledge of customs-related matters. * Negotiation skills. * Teamwork capability. * Ability to identify and resolve conflicts. * Ability to anticipate and foresee issues. * Customer service orientation. * Sense of urgency and prioritization. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Decision-making ability. * Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
