We are seeking a Project Architect with experience in developing residential projects, from conceptual design through to executive design, capable of working collaboratively and adhering to technical and aesthetic guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Development of conceptual design, executive design, and construction details. * Preparation of architectural drawings and coordination with engineering disciplines. * 2D and 3D modeling of the project. * Project adjustments according to client requirements. * Integration of item catalogs and support for budgeting. * Adherence to delivery timelines. * Client interaction to ensure successful project development. The ideal candidate possesses technical architectural design skills and construction knowledge to develop the project across all design and planning phases. * Proficiency in basic design software.
