




Job Summary: The Billing Assistant executes and manages the necessary activities to ensure accurate accounting records in accordance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute and manage billing and accounting record activities 2. Support accounting activities, including bank accounts and records 3. Handle Billing 4.0, credit notes, and payment complements A Billing Assistant aims to execute and manage the necessary activities so that accounting records are carried out in compliance with prevailing policies and procedures. Performing activities such as: issuing invoices, generating payment complements, credit notes, and returns. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * Minimum experience in Retail Accounting and Billing * Demonstrable experience in Billing 4.0, credit notes, returns, and payment complements * Knowledge of Contpaq system * Immediate availability **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Issue payment complements * Assist in accounts receivable * Assist in bank recordkeeping * Assist in XML association to records * Assist in onboarding Suppliers and Customers into various systems (Walmart, Alsea, Liverpool) * Provide support for other accounting activities. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of Contpaq modules: Commercial-Banks-Accounting * General Accounting knowledge * Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication * Ability to handle high volumes of invoices * Punctuality, responsibility, strong ethics, and discipline * Excellent analytical ability and high attention to detail * Strong sense of urgency * Proactivity and commitment **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $3,690.00 per week Benefits: * Life insurance Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Experience: * General Accounting: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: Hybrid remote work in 22010, Empleados Federales, B.C.
