For one of our Client in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for a Regular or Senior Java developer with JSF. ##### **Responsibilities** Analysis, designing and development Perform proactive production support activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance Strong communication and presentation skills. Work hours will vary based on shifts, biweekly rotation . Shift Timings are in EST time zone: 12:00pm\-9:00pm EST or 09:00pm\-06:00pm EST (currently it is 11am 8pm Mexico time or 08:00am\-05:00pm Mexico time; daylight savings in the middle of March will adjust shift timings) Should be flexible to provide extended production support / support to the team on need basis (extended support during outages; weekend support a few times a month based on team roster) ##### **Skills** Must have Minimum 3\-5 years Java experience Concept of Core Java and Sound knowledge on JSF Good at analysis, designing and development using Java 8\.0 \& above Analytical and technical knowledge on basic SQL and Reporting tools. Perform proactive production support activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation Knowledge and experience in Software development lifecycle. Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance Lead and mentor/guide team Experience working in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) project management framework. Strong communication and presentation skills. Hands on experience in providing production support Should be flexible to provide extended support to the team on need basis.
