Due to expansion, we are seeking a **TRAINING EXECUTIVE**. **Objective**: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to improve the sales team’s skills, responsible for facilitating learning and its application among existing personnel, thereby ensuring proper employee development. **Requirements:** Academic background: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Professional experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product training and technical sales training roles—mandatory. Technical knowledge: Prior experience in developing training materials and evaluating learning programs. **DC5 Certification mandatory** **Willingness to travel required.** **Responsibilities:** Identify training needs in coordination with sales area leaders. Design training content, materials, and programs (in-person, virtual, or hybrid). Develop theoretical/practical content on various topics and engaging training materials (application of teaching methods and techniques). Deliver technical, operational, and product-related courses, workshops, and training sessions. Monitor participants and support their continuous development. Propose continuous improvements to teaching methods and materials. Maintain up-to-date records of attendance, evaluations, and program compliance.
