Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Architect to support the design, development, and control of residential architectural projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and technical specifications. Monitoring of construction observations and minor project adjustments. **FABRICASAS**, a construction company experiencing growth, is seeking a Junior Architect to support the design, development, updating, and control of residential architectural projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal guidelines, and technical requirements, under the supervision of the Senior Architect / Project Manager. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Support the design, preparation, updating, and control of executive architectural plans for social-interest housing, in accordance with INFONAVIT criteria and regulations. * Implement project modifications as directed by the Senior Architect or Project Manager. * Support coordination of projects with different engineering disciplines (structural, electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, gas, and voice/data). * Incorporate changes arising from technical, regulatory, or construction-related observations. * Verify that projects comply with INFONAVIT design guidelines, minimum surface areas, heights, accessibility, and habitability standards. * Support the compilation of technical files for permits, licenses, and authorizations. * Monitor construction observations, making minor project adjustments when required. * Control and organize project technical documentation (versions, cancellations, and substitutions). * Support site visits for surveys, basic supervision, and verification of execution in accordance with the project**.** **Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Graduated or intern * Professional license (desirable but not mandatory) * 2 to 5 years of experience in: Development of residential architectural projects. * Preparation of executive drawings. * Support in engineering coordination. * Experience in housing developers, architecture firms, or construction companies is desirable. * Basic knowledge of municipal and/or INFONAVIT permit procedures and regulations. * AutoCAD (mandatory) * Revit (mandatory) * SketchUp (mandatory) * 3ds Max (desirable) * Microsoft Office Suite * Reading and interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings * Basic construction and housing regulations * Document control and project version management **We Offer** * Biweekly payments * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company * Opportunities for professional growth **Requirements** * Architectural drafting * Basic project coordination * Document organization and control * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Effective communication * Responsibility and commitment * Ability to learn * Time organization and management * Ability to follow instructions Employment type: Full-time, Probationary period, Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
