Position Objective Design, implement, and monitor psychological assessment and intervention strategies within the workplace, ensuring compliance with NOM-035, identification of psychosocial risk factors, and strengthening of a healthy and productive organizational climate. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology (degree certificate and professional license required). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of and experience applying NOM-035. * Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Assessment of psychosocial risks and organizational diagnosis. * Conflict management and handling cases of workplace violence. * Experience in brief psychological interventions. * Willingness to travel throughout Mexico. * Valid driver's license and ability to operate a standard vehicle. Main Responsibilities * Implement and monitor compliance with NOM-035. * Administer and interpret psychometric assessments. * Identify psychosocial risk factors and propose preventive actions. * Conduct organizational diagnostics and develop intervention strategies. * Provide support and counseling to employees. * Deliver workshops and training on occupational well-being topics. * Generate area indicators and reports. * Promote initiatives that strengthen organizational climate.
