




Position Summary: The School Records Executive is responsible for managing academic documentation, student procedures, and supporting school coordination at Universidad Humanitas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages academic certificates, diplomas, and degrees. 2. Prepares scholarship reports for the SEP (Secretaría de Educación Pública). 3. Supports school coordination and academic validations. Universidad Humanitas is seeking a SCHOOL RECORDS EXECUTIVE for our Santa Fé campus. **Responsibilities** * Preparation of full and partial certificates. * Support in preparing academic diplomas and degrees. * Issuance of completion letters, special certificates, and social service certificates. * Preparation of graduation diplomas. * Registration of procedures in authentication databases. * Preparation of scholarship reports for the Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP). * Control and safekeeping of document delivery and receipt acknowledgments. * Preparation of statistical reports for the SEP. * Support for campus school coordination. * Academic validations. * Delivery of official documents to campuses. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, or Administration. * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
