Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho 2610, San Andres Atenco, 54040 Tlalnepantla, Méx.) **Employment Type:** Full-time **Department:** Training **What We Are Looking For:** * Proven experience as a **Training Instructor** (preferably in point-of-sale or retail). * Experience delivering virtual training to **large groups** (10–20+ participants). * Proficiency in **training content development** (manuals, presentations, assessments). * Familiarity with **training metrics and KPIs**. * Excellent communication and group facilitation skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Delivering training to **new hires** at point-of-sale locations. * Conducting **operational training** for active staff. * **Designing and implementing training programs**. * Facilitating **group activities** for groups exceeding **20 participants**. * Developing **manuals, presentations, instructional materials, and assessments**. **What We Offer:** * Biweekly salary * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits: * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance **We want to meet you and discover what makes you unique!**
