Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Executive with experience in construction workforce administration and proficiency in NOI to manage payroll calculations, filings, and submissions to various institutions. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in construction workforce administration and proficiency in NOI. 2. End-to-end management of payroll calculations and filings. 3. Internal customer support for payroll-related inquiries. **Tax and Accounting Firm (Satellite)** Hiring: **PAYROLL EXECUTIVE** **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (intern or graduate). · Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. · Experience managing construction personnel (SIROC preferred). · Proficiency in **NOI** is mandatory. · Intermediate/advanced Excel skills **We Offer:** **Gross monthly salary: MXN 14,000.00** Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Knowledge Requirements:** · In-depth knowledge of applicable laws governing payroll tax calculations, including ISR, INFONAVIT, IMSS contributions, FONACOT, and all other payroll administration topics. · Payroll stamping (timbrado). · Incident tracking and data entry. · Proficiency in IDSE, SUA, etc. · Intermediate \- advanced Excel skills **Responsibilities:** · Submission of Quarterly Declarations (SISUB and ICSOE) — leading to REPSE (Registry of Specialized Service Providers and Specialized Construction Contractors) · Weekly/biweekly payroll calculation for a minimum of 400 employees · Preparation of bank layout files for weekly and biweekly payroll disbursement · Calculation of severance pay and settlements · Preparation of SUA reports — reconciliation with IDSE and payroll records · IMSS registration updates: new hires, terminations, transfers, and modifications · Calculation, review, and payment of statutory obligations to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT · Internal customer support (payroll-related inquiries and related matters) Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: MXN 14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
