Job Summary: We are seeking an operational, proactive, and organized Warehouse Worker for inventory control, personnel management, and quality loading/unloading. Focus on quality in loading/unloading and customer service. **JOIN THE YELLOW FORCE** **"WAREHOUSE WORKER"** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inventory control * Service unit control * Operational personnel management * Customer interaction * Order and cleanliness * Logbook and internal operating system (TRACKPOINT) entries * Quality in loading/unloading (timeliness, cleanliness) * 100% OPERATIONAL POSITION **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Minimum age of 23 years * 1 year of experience * Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, highly organized * Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure * Valid INE and Tax Certificate\- **Mandatory** **SALARY:** $13,000\.00 gross monthly * **SCHEDULE:** Mon\-Fri: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm / Sat: 8:00 am to 1:30 pm * **LOCATION:** Av, Morelos Avenue \#206\-f, Nuevo Laredo, 55080 Ecatepec de Morelos, Méx. **STATUTORY BENEFITS UPON HIRES:** Full IMSS registration, statutory vacation days, vacation bonus, statutory Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), profit sharing. **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS UPON HIRES:** * Punctuality bonus: 7% nominal * Retention bonus: awarded in the 3rd month * Direct employment contract with the company * Grocery vouchers: 5% (after completing 40 days) * Variable productivity bonus based on tons handled **BENEFITS AFTER COMPLETING PROBATION PERIOD (AFTER 3 MONTHS):** * Interest-free personal loans **(up to 20 days' salary)** * School support (for children)\- **August only.** * Support for birth, marriage, or bereavement.
