In the Operations area, we are seeking a **Computer Equipment Support Technician**, whose primary objective will be to deliver first-level support to Sonda Mexico customers. **Technical Responsibilities:** * First-level support * Telephone or email support * Escalation of incidents requiring in-person assistance. **Requirements:** * Experience providing first-level technical support to end users * Windows 10 support experience * Basic Office 365 knowledge Come expand your limits, make a difference, and discover the value of being part of our team.
