Requirements: * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in private security. * Minimum 6 months of experience as Shift Supervisor or Team Leader. * Experience managing operational staff (security guards). * Knowledge of security instructions, access control, and security protocols. * Experience maintaining logs and incident reports. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate personnel during assigned shift. * Verify compliance with security instructions and protocols. * Monitor staff attendance and punctuality. * Prepare reports and incident updates. * Address and follow up on incidents. * Ensure discipline, order, and proper appearance of the team.
