Position Objective: To deliver specialized medical care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, ensuring safety, quality, and clinical excellence in every intervention, under a comprehensive and humanistic approach. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients during hemodialysis sessions, ensuring accurate documentation in the medical record. * Continuously monitor patient stability and progress throughout treatment. * Assess and ensure proper functioning of vascular access sites. * Perform placement of vascular access sites in accordance with best clinical practices. * Ensure compliance with medical protocols, quality standards, and current health regulations. * Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient treatment. Required Profile: * Valid medical degree and professional license as a Nephrology Specialist. * Current certification from the Nephrology Council. * Strong commitment to patient safety. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills. * Professional experience is desirable but not mandatory.
