- *Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mold Technician* - *Experience with injection molds for 4-, 5-, 10-, and 19-liter buckets.* - *Ability to assemble and disassemble molds weighing from 300 kg up to 3 tons.* - *Ability to connect water lines, ejector systems, and peripheral mold equipment.* - *Ability to identify any faults that could pose risks to molds, machines, or operations.* - *Perform corrective and preventive maintenance.* - *Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and risk identification during mold assembly.* - *Basic knowledge of injection molding machines for process startup.* - *Basic knowledge of polyethylene (PE).* - *Basic knowledge of mold machining and adjustment.* - *Proficiency in using the measurement tools in the mold shop.* - *Continuous improvement to reduce downtime caused by corrective maintenance.* - *Knowledge of ISO and FSSC 22000 standards.* - *Knowledge of Plastool (USA), Top Grade (Canada), and FOW (China) molds.* - *Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the mold supervisor.* Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
