




Job Summary: Supervises and manages security personnel, ensuring operational efficiency, training, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on leadership and conflict resolution. Requires experience in personnel management and leadership. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and assign work shifts to ensure coverage of operational requirements. * Conduct ongoing training for security personnel. * Maintain attendance, incident, and performance records for guards. * Manage recruitment, evaluation, and development of security personnel. * Prepare periodic reports on security status and operations. * Collaborate with the Human Resources department to implement occupational safety policies. * Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in personnel management, preferably in the private security sector. * Knowledge of personnel management and organizational development. * Skills in conflict resolution, decision-making, and working under pressure. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office or similar). * Effective communication skills, leadership abilities, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work flexible hours and weekends if necessary.
