Position Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage maintenance, operations, and administration of corporate offices, as well as relationships with building owners and users. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of preventive and corrective maintenance of properties. 2. Administration and operation of corporate offices and user relations. 3. Leadership in supplier and service subcontractor management. **Cushman \& Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Administrative Engineering degree, or related field Intermediate English proficiency preferred Experience in building, office, common area, and general services maintenance **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the property and contracted service providers, proper personnel management, service reviews, and service status reporting (KPIs) * Administration, maintenance, and operation of corporate offices. * Relationship management with building owner and users. * Management of service subcontractors and suppliers. * Oversight of cleaning, security, and pest control staff. * Management of subcontractors responsible for maintenance of installed systems and equipment: HVAC, fire protection systems, CCTV, access control systems. * Preparation of monthly operational and financial reports. * Procurement management for services, materials, supplies, spare parts, and consumables. * Monitoring of water, electricity, and gas consumption. * Development of cost-saving and optimization proposals. **WE OFFER:** Gross salary: $32,000 per month Statutory benefits After 3 months: Major medical expense insurance and life insurance Work location: Reforma Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired experience level:** Managerial level **Departmental function:** Maintenance and repairs **Industry:** Commercial Real Estate *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a0904039000039007ed1b8\&source\=indeed*
