Semi-New Heavy-Duty Unit Sales Coordinator What are we looking for? * Education: Bachelor’s degree * Knowledge: Supervision of sales advisors, sales processes, knowledge of automobiles or trucks. Objective: Coordinate and supervise the sale of semi-new units per unit, in accordance with established policies and procedures, through Commercial Advisors, considering the overall reconditioning of units to achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities: * Assign and supervise Commercial Advisors’ sales targets in CRM to ensure 100% achievement of the scheduled semi-annual budget. * Supervise Commercial Advisors’ lead prospecting in CRM to ensure that units remain in inventory no longer than 90 days before sale. * Ensure that discounts on semi-new unit sales do not exceed 5% off the list price without prior authorization, in order to maximize profitability. * Coordinate and supervise the overall reconditioning of units to ensure that the “Ready-to-Go” process does not exceed 30 days. * Ensure inventory turnover does not exceed 20% of total units to guarantee optimal stock levels. * Prepare and send quotations for semi-new units to communicate prices and specifications to customers. * Inspect and appraise units from internal and external customers submitted for trade-in, to determine fair pricing based on their condition. * Ensure all units available for sale possess valid federal or state deregistration documents to guarantee complete delivery documentation for customers. * Manage the Ready-To-Go website to ensure market presence. * Calculate monthly sales commissions for Commercial Advisors to ensure timely and accurate payment.
