




A company in the construction and industrial projects sector seeks a **Director General** with strategic vision and strong operational leadership. The candidate will be responsible for integrating operational, technical, and commercial areas, ensuring order, efficiency, flawless execution, and smooth communication among departments and owners. The mission is to strengthen operations and commercial growth through clear processes, operational discipline, and executive decision-making. **\*Key Responsibilities\*** **Operations and Technical Coordination** * Oversee progress across all construction projects and ensure a unified view of resources, priorities, and risks. * Take charge of new projects, allocate resources, and reorganize teams as needed. * Establish operational rules, procedures, and standards to reduce rework and improve efficiency. **Administration and Finance** * Periodically review sales reports, invoicing, collections, and operating cash flow. * Validate and make key decisions based on financial and operational KPIs. **Commercial and Business Development** * Design commercial strategies for prospecting, client relationship management, and market positioning. * Drive negotiations and secure significant commercial closures. * Review and approve strategic quotations. **Leadership and Management** * Align criteria and communication among owners, engineers, coordinators, and administrative departments. * Present consolidated weekly executive reports: project progress, risks, needs, and commercial pipeline. * Propose and lead personnel reorganization and strategic new hires. Profile: **Academic Qualifications** * Civil Engineering or Architecture, or related field. * Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related field. **Required Experience** * 5 years in technical-commercial leadership positions. * Preferable experience in **heavy civil works, high-rise construction, or industrial construction**. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams (engineers, coordinators, administrative staff). * Experience managing industrial, corporate, or highly technical clients. * Experience in operational structuring, process design, and executive decision-making. **What We Offer** * Base salary (WE ALIGN WITH YOUR EXPECTATIONS) * A high-responsibility, autonomous work environment. * Corporate offices in Mexico City (CDMX) and Guadalajara (GDL).
