Job Summary: This role ensures successful project management according to the Axioma methodology, building long-term client relationships and developing teams, with a focus on quality and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Manages projects using the Axioma methodology, ensuring quality and profitability. 2. Promotes team development and integration of collaborators. 3. Establishes long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering added value. Purpose Ensure that the assigned project is managed within the agreed time, cost, and quality parameters by strategically and effectively applying the Axioma methodology, as well as achieving an understanding of the client’s business. Support the selection and development of team members. Ensure that all project deliverables are fully met in accordance with the standards established in the business and project plan jointly developed between the client and Axioma. Responsibilities Develops and monitors the project schedule in Microsoft Project. Timely and accurate submission of operational progress reports, including financial status (profitability). Attends client meetings punctually and respects the scheduled meeting times. Conducts and documents bi-monthly feedback sessions with team members. Takes action to foster team and supplier integration through on-site or off-site meetings to encourage collaboration. Identifies and leverages client needs to offer additional services. Builds long-term relationships with clients through deep understanding of their business. Maintains a close and cordial relationship with the client and/or sponsor. Identifies and contributes elements of added value for the client. Prepares high-quality progress reports for the client (weekly and monthly status reports). Identifies and leverages client needs to offer additional services. Leads client meetings to present project progress. Achieves and documents measurable value engineering initiatives. **Integrates and prepares high-quality information:** schedule, budget, approved drawings, roles-and-responsibilities matrix, procurement matrix, risk matrix, safety plan, and communication strategies. Daily use of methodology, templates, and actions based on Axioma’s project management approach. Documents client processes and decisions via emails, letters, and minutes signed by the client. Flexibility to attend meetings and/or projects both within and outside the city upon request. Reviews construction processes to ensure work quality complies with standards defined in the Project Plan, specifications, and technical data sheets. Makes timely, objective-oriented decisions. Evaluates potential scenarios to identify risks and prepare responses for emerging situations. Takes action to foster team and supplier integration through on-site or off-site meetings to encourage collaboration. Sets individual work objectives, documents them in writing, and provides effective follow-up to support team members’ development. **Quarterly turnover:** 1\= staff reductions occurred during the quarter; 2\= no staff reductions; 3\= increase in proforma headcount. Holds certification in the Axioma Methodology. Compliance with Axiowellness (3 hours of exercise per week, at least one nutritionist consultation and one psychologist consultation during the first semester of the year): 1\= not complied; 3\= 100% compliance.
