Ensure high-quality, compassionate nursing care to meet patients' needs. Participate in processes, policies, protocols, and procedures ensuring patient safety, based on work plans and best practices. Follow up on nursing assessments. Assess patients culturally (values and beliefs) and functionally. Evaluate criteria to identify patients requiring additional specialized assessments. Assess and reassess pain. Identify and reassess fall risk. Implement and monitor measures supporting safety goals. Use material resources, equipment, and infrastructure efficiently for patient care. Ensure receipt and proper functioning of medical supplies and equipment within the unit. Anticipate patient needs. Perform duties corresponding to various departments, including Imaging and Laboratory. Record admissions and discharges in emergency and shock service logs. Monitor the process of receiving, opening, and closing, as well as auditing the crash cart. Ensure completion of service audits. Conduct accurate shift handovers and report relevant incidents. Maintain organized clinical records and ensure protection and confidentiality of patient information during hospitalization and upon discharge. Immediately notify public prosecution authorities or initiate epidemiological follow-up, as required by case priority. Participate in patient triage. **Education:** Experience: Work experience in emergency services, with at least 6 months of experience. Management of stroke (CVA) patients, chest pain patients, shock unit management, with at least 6 months of experience. Management of patients in cardiac arrest, with at least 6 months of experience. Working under pressure, with at least 6 months of experience. Venous access in patients (neonates, pediatric, and adult), with at least 6 months of experience. Medication dosage management, with at least 6 months of experience. Management of pediatric and adult patients in shock, with at least 6 months of experience.
