Collaborative environment and training **About the Company** A leading Mexican company in the marketing of food industry additives and ingredients, with over 35 years of market presence, is seeking an IMPORT PURCHASING ASSISTANT. Location: San Sebastián Xhala Industrial Park, Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico. **Job Objective:** Provide operational and administrative support to domestic and international procurement processes, ensuring proper supplier management, timely acquisition of goods and services, and compliance with internal policies, thereby guaranteeing efficient supply and contributing to cost optimization and business operational continuity. **Job Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in International Trade / Marketing / Administration (degree certificate and professional license). · Two years of experience in a similar position. · Proficiency in *Microsoft Office,* SAE, and Oddo software. · Knowledge of documentation required for import processes. · Experience operating scanners and switchboards. · English language proficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain an updated supplier directory. * Prepare purchase orders. * Digitize and archive import purchase orders. * Track deliveries according to purchase orders. * Send purchase orders and purchase requisitions to international logistics. * Assist with monthly inventory counts. * Update product technical documents with suppliers based on the quality matrix. * Generate monthly paid-inventory reports. * Deliver invoices from international suppliers to Treasury promptly and accurately. * Generate procurement reports by supplier and by product. * Process passive purchases in SAE. * Prepare reports and charts summarizing market price indicators. * Complete credit application forms for suppliers. * Generate daily comparative reports on purchase orders, border inventory, transit status, and receipts. * Monthly closing report for domestic procurement in USD and MXN. * Prepare shipping guides for samples. * Procure monthly office supplies and pantry items. * Answer the switchboard, manage the meeting room schedule, and handle reception mail. **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** ?Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:30 hours (full-time). ?Gross monthly salary of $16,500 (paid biweekly). ?Meal vouchers and Savings Fund (included in the above-mentioned salary). ?Permanent employment contract. ?On-site work modality. ?Collaborative work environment. ?Training and Development opportunities.
