Corporate environment focused on organization and proactivity. **Job Objective** Prepare and coordinate the preparation of breakfasts and lunches for approximately 15 people within a corporate office, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and excellent service within established timeframes. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare daily breakfasts and lunches for staff (15 people) * Plan weekly balanced and varied menus * Control portion sizes and ensure quality in food presentation * Generate ingredient supply lists and assist with purchasing or receiving ingredients * Manage inventory and prevent losses or waste * Maintain cleanliness, order, and sanitation in the kitchen area * Ensure proper storage and preservation of food * Adapt menus according to special requirements (diets, allergies) * Adhere to established service schedules **Knowledge and Skills** * Home cooking and/or healthy cooking * Hygienic food handling * Menu planning * Inventory control * Organization and time management * Service-oriented attitude **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a cook * Prior experience in cafeterias, offices, or private households preferred * Basic knowledge of hygiene regulations (NOM\-251\) * Verifiable professional references **Key Competencies** * Responsibility * Organization * Proactivity * Discretion (office environment) * Attention to detail **General Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Salary: $ 12,000 Monthly Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
