Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with guidelines, certifications, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor the Quality Management System 2. Conduct risk analyses and participate in continuous improvement 3. Coordinate and monitor internal and external audits Functions and Activities: * Develop, update, and control documentation for the Integrated Management System (procedures, manuals, policies, instructions, and infographics). * Manage and monitor the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and processes. * Conduct risk analyses and participate in problem resolution using continuous improvement methodologies. * Monitor compliance with organizational certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 28000, ISO 39001, ISO 45001, CTPAT, and FIDI. * Monitor, analyze, and report on established KPI results, proposing improvement actions when necessary. * Coordinate and monitor internal and external audits related to organizational certifications. * Support customer, corporate, certification body, and governmental entity audits. * Track complaints, audit findings, and requirements, ensuring implementation of corrective actions. * Prepare meeting minutes and monitor action plans via the Monday platform. * Participate with the lead auditor in conducting internal audits within the organization. * Support the execution and monitoring of external audits of suppliers.
