Position Summary: Ensure and coordinate compliance with tax obligations by executing tax calculation and filing, managing risks, and ensuring transparency. Key Highlights: 1. Master’s degree in Taxation or Tax Law is ideal **Position Objective:** Ensure, supervise, and coordinate the corporate group’s compliance with tax obligations; execute the **correct calculation and filing of taxes, compliance with current tax legislation, and appropriate management and mitigation of tax risks**, ensuring transparency and compliance before tax authorities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure **timely and accurate fulfillment of tax obligations**. * Minimize **tax risks and tax contingencies**. * Ensure correct **consolidation of the group’s tax information**. * Contribute to the tax team’s work with **professionalism and effective communication**. * Support management on matters of **tax interpretation and tax strategy**. **Bachelor’s Degree in:** * Public Accounting (preferred), Tax Law, or related Finance fields. IDEALLY * **Master’s degree in Taxation or Tax Law** * Diplomas in **tax planning or corporate taxation** * Professional certification such as: * **Certified Public Accountant (CPA)** IMCP Tax Specialist Certification Ideally, experience managing teams. **Knowledge:** * Mexican tax legislation * Income Tax (ISR), Value-Added Tax (IVA), and federal contributions * Accounting\-tax reconciliation * Tax calculation * Tax audit reports * Imports (Customs entries, international purchases) * Tax cost * Financial Reporting Standards related to taxation * Accounting and tax ERP systems * **Advanced Excel** Interested candidates should apply with an updated CV and contact information.
