Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Director to shoot and document audiovisual content, transforming scripts into emotionally resonant imagery while ensuring the final product’s intended vision. Key Highlights: 1. Experience operating DSLR cameras and direct audio equipment 2. Responsible for translating scripts into visual content and planning shot sequences 3. Ensuring artistic vision and on-set crew organization We are looking for a new member of our production team as: DIRECTOR Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Film, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency with DSLR cameras: Black Magic Pocket, Sony, Canon (5D/7D/6D/70D), and other filming and lighting equipment. Proficiency with direct audio equipment (TASCAM recorders, lavalier microphones, etc.). Creative, organized, responsible, punctual, able to work under pressure and collaboratively. **Key Responsibilities:** Shoot and document all audiovisual content. Translate script content into visual imagery; ensure product quality from the shooting stage onward. Select shot order and plan sequences to be captured on camera, lending narrative coherence and emotional impact to the story. Ensure adherence to the agreed-upon artistic vision and focus for the final audiovisual product. Analyze the artistic aspects of one’s own work. Maintain flawless organization of technical and human resources involved during the shooting phase. Prepare materials for recording processes and set arrangements. Deliver original recorded materials to the storage manager. Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
