Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized director to record, document, and produce audiovisual content, ensuring the final product’s vision and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Experience operating DSLR cameras and direct audio equipment. 2. Ability to translate scripts into visual images and plan sequences. 3. Organization of technical and human crews during the shooting phase. We are looking for a new member of our production team as: DIRECTOR Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Film, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency with DSLR cameras: Black Magic Pocket, Sony, Canon (5D/7D/6D/70D), and other filming and lighting equipment. Proficiency with direct audio equipment (TASCAM, audio recorders, lavalier microphones, etc.). Creative, organized, responsible, punctual, able to work under pressure and collaboratively. **Job Responsibilities:** Record and document all audiovisual content. Translate script content into visual images; ensure product quality begins at the recording stage. Select shot order and plan on-camera sequences to convey meaning and emotion. Ensure adherence to the agreed-upon vision and focus for the final audiovisual product. Analyze artistic aspects of one’s own work. Maintain flawless organization of technical and human crews involved in the shooting phase. Prepare materials for recording processes and set arrangements. Deliver original recorded materials to the storage supervisor. Monday to Friday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
